This is based on the development of the Hazard Analysis and Expanded Critical Points Control, and does not only provide for and ensures the microbiological risks but also all the sequences of manufacturing and product life from the beginning until it is consumed, always maintaining identification and traceability.
The company has HACCP audited by the Department of Health and complies with environmental legislation. Currently we are in the process of obtaining various accreditations: ISO 9001:2000, BCR and IFS.
